Oliy taʼlim, fan va innovatsiyalar vazirligiga
Oʻzbekiston Respublikasi Prezidentining “Sunʼiy intellekt texnologiyalarini 2030-yilga qadar rivojlantirish strategiyasini tasdiqlash toʻgʻrisida”gi 2024-yil 14-oktabrdagi PQ-358-sonli Qarori ijrosini ta’minlash hamda ijtimoiy soha va iqtisodiyot tarmoqlarida sunʼiy intellekt texnologiyalarini joriy qilish uchun qulay shart-sharoitlar yaratish, mamlakatimizning sunʼiy intellekt texnologiyalaridan foydalanuvchi dunyoning yetakchi davlatlari qatoriga kirishiga erishish, shuningdek, “Raqamli Oʻzbekiston — 2030” strategiyasida belgilangan maqsad va vazifalar ijrosini taʼminlash maqsadida yetakchi xorijiy davlatlar tajribasini o’rganish vazifalari bo’yicha bir qator ishlar amalga oshirilmoqda.
Shuningdek, “Oliy taʼlim muassasalari rahbar va pedagog kadrlarining uzluksiz malakasini oshirish tizimini joriy etish toʻgʻrisida” 2019 yil 27 avgustdagi PF-5789-son Farmonida rahbar va pedagog kadrlarning kasbiy bilimi, koʻnikmalari va mahoratini uzluksiz yangilab borish mexanizmlarini joriy etish, zamonaviy talablarga muvofiq oliy taʼlim sifatini taʼminlash uchun zarur darajada kasbiy tayyorgarlikni amalga oshirish vazifalari belgilangan.
Ushbu vazifalarni amalga oshirish maqsadida Oliy taʼlim tizimi kadrlarini qayta tayyorlash va malakasini oshirish instituti, Xalqaro Nordik universiteti va Rowan universiteti (AQSH) oʻrtasidagi hamkorlik memorandumiga asosan oliy taʼlim muassasalari rahbar kadrlari va professor-oʻqituvchilari uchun shartnoma asosida “TA’LIMDA SUN’IY INTELLEKT (SI): Konsepsiyalar, rahbarlik, amalga oshirish amaliyotlari” yoʻnalishi boʻyicha qoʻshma malaka oshirish kursi tashkil etilmoqda. Malaka oshirish kursi AQSHning New Jersey shtatida joylashgan ROWAN, RUTGERS va PRINSETON universitetlari tajribalari asosida (AQSH dagi top tadqiqot universitetlari bo’lib milliy reyting N.Uda #169 va #42 o’rinda, va QSda #25 o’rinda) hamda AQSH federal aviatsiya boshqaruvi va milliy aerokosmik tadqiqot va texnologiyalar hamda FOSSEL parklarda tashkil etiladi.
Qoʻshma bir oylik (144 soat) malaka oshirish kursi 2026-yil iyul oyida 72 soati 1-12 iyulda Oliy taʼlim tizimi kadrlarini qayta tayyorlash va malakasini oshirish institutida onlayn formatda hamda 72 soati 15 iyuldan 1 avgustgacha AQSHning New Jersey shtatida joylashgan universitetlarda tashkil etiladi, kurs ishtirokchilariga davlat namunasidagi malaka attestati hamda maxsus xorijda malaka oshirganlik maxsus sertifikati beriladi.
Kurs natijasi sifatida SI ni ta’limda qo’llash bo’yicha bilim, ko’nikma, kompetensiyalarga ega bo’linadi va xorijiy OTMlar bilan hamkorlik aloqalari oʻrnatilgan holda universitetni rivojlantirishda SI dan foydalanish uchun “Action plan” va “Yo’l xaritalari” tayyorlanadi hamda tashkilot reytingini oshiradigan ilmiy metodik nashr ishlari hamda loyihalar tayyorlashga erishiladi.
Siz rahbarlik qilayotgan oliy taʼlim muassasasidan malaka oshirish kursiga tavsiya etilgan xodimlardan iborat nomzodlaringizni ilovaga asosan tasdiqlangan holda 14-fevral kuniga qadar Xalqaro Nordik universitetiga ((niu_edu@exat.uz) yoki (https://t.me/AbduraufTolipov)ga taqdim etishingiz so’raladi.
